CHL AND NETWORK FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGIES PRESENT THE CHL NETWORK

The Central Hockey League (CHL) and Network Foundation Technologies (NFT) today announced a partnership that will provide a “FREE-for-View” experience for all CHL hockey fans. The 2007-2008 CHL season will be broadcast live over the Internet utilizing Network Foundation Technologies’ NiFTy Online Television product. Broadcasts will begin with the league’s opening night on October 19th, 2007 and continue through the President’s Cup Finals.

This partnership will provide world-wide access to all regular season and playoff games at no cost to the viewer. The CHL/NFT partnership marks the first time a national sports league has committed to broadcasting all of its games live, and for free, over the Internet with no regional blackouts. Fans can view every game, with a choice of listening to either the home or away announcer. A complete CHL schedule of games is available at www.centralhockeyleague.com.

“With this relationship, we are for the first time able to offer our brand and product FREE to our loyal fans,” said Curtis Valentine, the CHL’s Vice President of Business Operations. “This definitely sets our product apart from the rest of the leagues, and will extend our brand globally.”

“We are excited to be partners with the Central Hockey League and to bring their product to a global audience,” said Marcus Morton, NFT’s President and co-founder. “With our NiFTy Online Television product and patented technology you will see many more fans tuning in to broadband ‘television style’ sports broadcasts.”
