The Allen Americans won their seventh straight game tying them for the longest win streak in the CHL this season thanks to a 4-3 victory in Fort Worth against the Brahmas on Tuesday night. Allen is now 11-0-1 in their last 12 games and maintain at least their five point lead they entered the day with (second place Wichita played late in Rapid City).

Allen built a 3-0 lead in the game seemingly putting things out of reach for the Brahmas who had won three straight games and five of their last six on home ice.
Brennan, Ryley Grantham and Darryl Bootland scored the goals for the Americans .
Fort Worth would rally back though with Tomas Klempa making the score 3-1 before the end of the second period.
In the third period, Brennan’s second of the game made it 4-1 but a pair of John Snowden goals pulled the Brahmas to within a goal and gave them a late chance which was thwarted by the Americans defense.
Steve Silverthorn made 33 saves earning the win and improving to 3-0 against Fort Worth on the season (12-2-1 overall).
